S'WHEATEN YOUR LIFE ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
S’wheaten Your Life guarantees the puppy is in good health, has had its first round of immunizations, and has been dewormed at the time the buyer takes possession. Buyer has three days to take the puppy to a veterinarian for an examination. If the puppy is found to be in poor health, the buyer has the option of returning the puppy to the seller, at buyer’s cost, for a replacement puppy when next available. The buyer will provide a written statement from a licensed veterinarian clearly stating defect or illness. If the puppy is not taken to a licensed veterinarian within the three business days, the health warranty is null and void. NO Exceptions.
S’Wheaten Your Life provides this warranty for one year after the date of birth against life threatening congenital defects. In the event that the puppy has a life threatening defect the buyer must supply all requested veterinary records to the seller within seven days of informing the seller of the defect. S’Wheaten Your Life Wheatens has the right to require a second opinion from a veterinarian of the seller’s choice at the seller’s expense. If the puppy is euthanized or in any way disposed of, without a second opinion from the seller’s veterinarian, the buyer waives all rights to a replacement puppy.
Nutrition is very important to your puppies health and longevity. We want our puppies to continue eating a healthy, wheat free holistic feed.
This warranty does not include bacterial, viral illnesses, infections, improper bites, hernias, and hypoglycemia, Guardia or Coccidosis or any other parasites. It also does not include any illness due to the ingestion of foreign objects, food, chemicals or physical injury.
If the puppy should die from a suspected congenital defect within the 12-months of purchase date, an autopsy must be performed at the buyer’s expense by a licensed veterinarian acceptable to the seller’s own veterinarian. If the autopsy shows a congenital defect as the reason of the death, the seller will provide another puppy of equal value to the buyer. A written statement from a veterinarian must be provided. This warranty is null and void in the event of an undetermined or inconclusive diagnosis.
The puppy purchased must be spayed or neutered by 7-months of age. If the owner fails to do so; the one year health guarantee is rendered null and void.
No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made under this contract except as stated.
This warranty is non-transferable. Transfer of ownership or housing of this dog does not limit or in any way change any of the responsibilities of the above named buyer to spay/neuter the dog as per this agreement.The puppy was purchased in the state of CT and any issues will be resolved under the state law of CT jurisdiction.
